So here's a little card I did featuring the new Balloon Celebrations Stamp Set and matching Punch!! Oh My Goodness!! You are going to Love it!!!

I love how light and airy and fun this card turned out. Do you like it?
Here are the How To's for you.
- Stamp Background piece randomly with the little spiral stamp mixing it up with the 3 colors. Attach to the Wisteria Mat and add to cad with Dimensionals.
- Stamp the Balloons onto a scrap and punch out. I added dots and with my White Gel Pen and Stripes with my Blender Pen right off the pad to the Wisteria Balloon. Note: Wisteria Balloon stamped on the image piece. Stamp the strings with Black Memento
- Attach white Image piece to the Wisteria mat and attach to the Wild Wasabi Horizontal Mat. Attach all to Card with dimensionals.
- Add little bows made from Black Bakers Twine using Glue Dots

Very pretty Lee. I like the spirals you did in the background. I don't think to do that often enough and end up with kind of plain cards.
