Stippled Blossoms and Times Running Out!

Hi Everyone,

First things First…..Stamps Are on sale!!!! 15% off starting Monday October 29th!!!!!

I had fun doing this square card with a set I got some time ago but haven’t used. I have clubs coming up and thought they might like something a bit different.

I’ve showcased the Stippled Blossoms Set here and it’s so easy and fun to use. It’s a Two-Step Stampin’ Set and it really makes for a fun and fast card.

The white cardstock is cut to 5 1/4  x 10 1/2 and folded in half. Then I cut one inch strips that were 5 inches long and embossed them with the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder and taped them down to the card…..

I used the Window Frame Framelits to cut my image piece and the mat that goes along with it. Love how they just fit together perfectly! Did you know that the Piercing templates are yours for FREE until the 31st  of this month?? Well they are with the purchase of the Ornament Keepsakes Special Bundles they have….check it out and  get your bundle today. With the Piercing Templates I was able to paper pierce evenly around the edges of the Perfect Plum as well and do a double evenly spaced Piercings on the image piece. I love it! It gives just the right touch to make a simple card…well….not so simple looking. Perfect huh???

I felt it was fine on it’s own but this little voice in me said….do a vellum overlay with some pretty writing!!! So  I did…not sure what I think of it but think it’s a bit different.

So what do you think? Overlay or not??? That is the question….hehe

BTW I used the Hand Penned Holidays for the Pretty Words.

Thanks for stopping in….see you next time and don’t forget about November 1st…..15% off One Dale Sale on Stamps!!! See you then!

I like the overlay Lee! That font is just so elegant. It ties in with your card so beautifully. This stamp set is on my list. The flower is gorgeous in lavender.

Beautiful card. I love how the words overlay the flower image. Very cool.
