Another week of fun over at Stamping 411. We’ve got a fun sketch for you to play along with.
Here it is….
…..and my interpretation…
I made this card with my Hubby in mind. You see we both got each other Bicycles for Christmas….so how appropriate. hehe
This is the new set called Take it to Heart - isn’t it cute? I just love it. The card base is 4 1/4 x 11 and folded in half. The first base it 4 x 5 1/4 and the newsprint is cut to 3 7/8 x 5 1/8. They are taped together and run through the Big Shot with the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder. I then rubbed a sponge with black ink lightly over the embossing to distress it a bit. The black Heart is cut using the new Framelit and the image heart is cut using the same Framelit. I did however decide to cut it close to the silver embossing folder so the black heart will be the mat. Cool huh? Now the smallest heart in the set was embossed on Cherry Cobbler and cut out and popped up on the black right piece. Tucked under the separate right side is a Cherry Cobbler piece cut with our new edgelits and embossed with the Bordering Romance stamp set which matches the edged border. I love this!!! So easy to use and so fun.
Well I hope you enjoyed today’s share and will play along with us over at the Stamping 411 Blog.
