 convention 2 021

Isn’t this a spectacular view? this si the view from Margaret Goodfellow’s house in Utah (can’t remember the name of the town). I was invited to attend a dinner at her house on one of the nights I was at convention. Margaret is Shelli Gardner’s Aunt and her Demo number is #2. Isn’t that amazing? She is such a warm and friendly woman and made me feel so welcome. Thanks Margaret!!

…Margaret and me

Margaret had purchase one of my Magic Bow Makers and wanted me to Demo it there so I did and she had me make tons of bows for her. She’s a hoot!!!

More stampers at Margaret’s that night. Lis is in the background with the white t-shirt and vest on. She is a remarkable stamper. We always manage to save swaps and shares for each other. This year was no different. Here are a few of her fabulous shares done by her.

Convention Day 3 065

One of my favorite Demo’s and a freind of mine is Midge…she’s been a Demo for quite some time and has a huge following and stays really busy with her Stampin’ Business. Midge is on the left and is 80+ years young. Love you Midge!! Midge always cracks me up when she says my cards are lovely but they are too easy for her customers. Julie on the other side of me is a friend and also Midge’s daughter. Hey Julie!!!

“What a wonderful representation of what you're seeing and doing there at convention. I had so hoped that I could attend this year, but at least I get to "attend through your eyes!" I absolutely LOVE the Over the Top Swap you made with the Chiffon Fabric - it is WAY more than pretty - I'd call it Fantabulous! TFS Joni”

Congratulations and Thanks Joni . Would you contact me with your address so I can send you a little Stampin’ Up! Trash Can?

That’s it for today….I hope you will join us (yes I said us) for another tour tomorrow and Wednesday of the “Over the Top Event” we participated in. We will be sharing the cards from that and they are awesome. You will not want to miss it.

A special thanks to my roommates and bestest buddies Carole’ Anne and Sandi for being so much fun and just draining the life out of me with laughter…..tee hee…love you girls. Can’t wait to do it again!!!

…and a very special thanks to all of you for visiting. I really appreciate you!

Now please go out and have a Stampinglee Good Day and don’t forget to visit Sandi and Carole Anne for the rest of the story!

I really enjoyed meeting you and the other girls. You all are more lovely in person than on your blogs. Thank you so much for letting me hang with you at breakfast and that one day during the sessions. You all are just wonderful. I can't wait to see what other things you post. My camera didn't catch things that were up on stage since I was in the bleachers. I tried taking pics of the TV but they came out yechy. You also looked at things I didn't see so that is fun too. I will see you later. Miss all of you already.
