Stampin’ Up! “Gifts of Christmas”

Hi Everyone,

I’m a little late posting today. Sorry about that. I just have had a busy few days catching up after convention. I’m sure if you were there you know what I mean.

I’d like to share my first Christmas Card of the Year. I will be doing this at a Christmas workshop at Sherrie’s house on Tuesday .

christmas cards and susan's cards 005

This is a simple and Elegant card featuring the Gifts of Christmas Set. I used my square Scalloped Die for the focal point cutting it down tot he size I wanted by placing it in the die again and cutting where I wanted it. I embossed the image with Versamark and Gold Embossing Powder attached it to a Cherry Cobbler Mat and attached with Dimensionals to my Petal's a Plenty mat. Matted that again on Cherry Cobbler and again onto the embossed card front. Oopps Almost forgot the ribbon….I used my handy dandy Ribbon Maker

to create my perfect little bow. Don’t forget to check it out on my sidebar (just click on the picture)….if you’d like you can purchase one there too. If you would like more than one…make sure to contact me and I will combine shipping to save you money!

I am going to be sharing more Christmas Cards in the weeks to come as I will be gearing up for my Christmas Camps in the next few months. My Girls like to start early.

I Thank You for stopping by and appreciate all the comments. Keep em’ coming. It’s so fun to read what y’all have to say.

See you tomorrow with my Stamping 411 Post.

Have a Stampinglee Good day!

Very pretty card, Lee. It is so hard to think of Christmas when it is in the 90's outside! Oh well, it will be here before we know it!

Very clean and crisp... makes me feel cooler! Lovely card Lee... dang I missed you at convention... should have looked harder! You might have heard me screaming for Richard when he got the Artisan award... or maybe when we won with the video lol

Beautiful card- as usual. Just love your clean crisp lines. I'm a great fan of yours. Glad I'm not the only one making Christmas cards.

Lee, I love how you re-cut the scallop square to a rectangle, will be giving that a try for sure!
Beautiful card, TFS!

Fantastic. It is putting me in the mood for snow. Of course, it is 100 degrees here so it would feel great right now. Thanks for your usual inspiration.
