Hi Everyone,
Boy I was short on time this week. I’m getting ready for my Charity Stamping Event and am busy-busy-busy. So I didn’t have a lot of time for a card….Here is the sketch this week.
I did however spy this adorable Leopard Print Paper in the Go Wild Designer Paper Stack. I knew I wanted to do a simple fun card with it. Didn’t think I’d be putting Zebra with it but I liked it. Hope you do too!
The image was stamped on the circle twice….then I stamped another and cut out. Then I punched a 3/4 Circle out…and used the megative pice to sponge a yellow sun in. Popped the 3rd middle Zebra up with a few dimensionals and mounted on a larger Black Circle.
This gorgeous “Go Wild” Designer Paper Stack is awesome. I think it’s going to be so fun to work with. Make sure to check it out on page 144 of the new Catalog. Don’t have a new catalog? Let me know and I’ll get one to you!
Anyway did the bottom 2/3 of the card using the Leopard Print…then a strip of So Saffron embossed with our new Embossing Folder called “Bo Ho Chic”. Love it!!! The card base is our new Tip Top Taupe and just adds to the color scheme of the paper, don’t you think? I then finished off the inside with a strip of DSP and yellow to finish it off. I will wait on the sentiment until I need a card. I do that often….don’t you?
Supplies needed for this card are:
Want to go and visit the other Design Team Members? They have got some great things in store for you. I hope you’ll also play along with us this week….it’s always fun to see your interpretation of the sketch too.
