Stamping and Blogging is For the Birds! lol

Okay Sandi I had to…..(You know Stamping and Blogging is a fun place to be and so much to see and learn….you need to stop by!!!)

Welcome back to another sketch challenge from Stamping and Blogging. I really enjoyed this little sketch and it came to me quickly what I would do with it. I know it’s simple…well very simple….but I like it…hope you do too!!

…and the sketch….

The card is built around this cute little image found in the “For the Birds” Set. I cut the greeting off so that I could use just the birds. That way I have two stamps as well. I used the Labels Collection to cut the Image Piece and then ran it through the Big Shot again using the Designer Frames which created that cute little oval effect. I then stamped and colored the Bird Image and punched out with the XLarge Oval Punch which happens to fit right into that oval frame. Love it!!!

The Designer Paper is from the Polka Dot Parade Pack and is Marina Mist. I painted the Birds the same color. I finished it off with a Double Bow using my “Magic Bow Maker” (available at the top of my blog) to give it a little more whimsey.

If you would like to order any of the supplies used to make this card or one of your own here is the Supply List.

I hope you will visit the rest of the design team as they have some awesome things in store for your today!!!
