Welcome back!! Hope you all had a fabulous New Years!! Here’s wishing you all the best in 2012 !!
It’s time for another Sketch Challenge from stamping 411…hope you’ll play along.
Today sketch:
….and my interpretation
Today's card features the Triple Treat Flower and it’s stamped in Baja Breeze. I used the large flower punch to punch it out. I stamped the flower twice and punched the second flower out using the five petal flower punch. I popped up the second flower with dimensionals and added the brightly colored Designer Brad. Love this color combo!! The polka Dotted square is 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 and the Tangerine Tango Mat is 2 3/4 x 2 3/4.
I then used the Happy Birthday form Happiest Birthday Wishes to stamp the background. I did that by stamping randomly on the white mat that is cut to 3 7/8 x 5 1/4. I them matted that with a piece of Baja Breeze cut to 4 x 5 1/4.
The strip is cut to 1 1/2 x 4 1/2 and run through the Big Shot using the polka dot embossing folder. Easy Peasy and quick and fun.
I hope you enjoyed my share today and hope to see you back soon.

Great card--love your "diy" background paper!!
Love this, Lee -- it has a retro feel to it w/the color combination -- very nice!
Hi Lee! This is a great color combo. I wouldn't have thought to put those two together. Love that big Triple Treat Flower stamp and how cool it looks with dimensionals. This is just a fun card and the easy peasy part makes me smile. Hope you are having a great weekend!
Wow, that background is great, lots of stamping. When I saw yours I thought I'd do that too, but you're a bit more ambitious than me :) Very pretty, and that layered flower tops it off perfectly.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful card. I love the clean crisp look of it. And the flower is now on my "must get list".
Very nice color combo on your card and very clever custom stamped background!
Beautiful medallion! I love that pop of red against the soft sky..
