just hopped on your blog to send you the translated German recipe for white choclate cookies. Hope you like it and many thanks for your lovely comment!
Chop up 100 g of white chocolate roughly. Knead 320 g flour, 200g butter, 100g fine sugar and 1 yolk together with the chocolate to a short-crust pastry. Form dough to a role (approx. 3 cm thick) and cool it down (perhaps briefly freeze). Cut in the dough role in ½-cm-thick discs and lay by far on
baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven with 190°C top heat and unterheat (in Gemany)
approx. 12 min.
