Hi Everyone! We’re here in Fiji! Can’t believe it. It was a very long flight but well worth it.

Fiji Bound! and Share

We are Fiji bound…..can’t believe it’s here. Even though we have beaches here in Jacksonville we can’t wait to sink our toes into that incredible fine white sand. Anyway I am participating in a Fiji swap and this is a cute simple card of what I will be swapping. Most of my customers have seen it because I tried it out on them for April Clubs and they loved it so I figured why not!

                 

This cute card (well I think it’s cute) is so fun and easy to make. All the stamping is on the Bow Tie and that comes from the “Dapper Dad” Stamp Set out of the Spring Mini. I used the 1/2” circle Punch for the button on the shirt and a little black strip for the cummerbund.  I used my Simply Scored for the lines in the Tuxedo Shirt and did a 3/4” placard down the front of the shirt using dimensionals to pop that piece up.

The dimensions of the card are 4x11…fold in half…then place on your cutter and measure 1” from the score line at the top and cut 3/4” in. Do this on both sides. Fold in the collar to where the top points of the collar meet. place a glue dot between the layers of the collar and under the collar to hold it down. I attached the Bow Tie using dimensionals.

Hope you like it. Wouldn’t this be fun for a Birthday Card, Father’s Day or a Bachelor Party?

Flowering Flourishes Meets Floral District
