The Perfect Blend!

Oh how I enjoyed my time with my dear friend Carole' Anne Sluchinski at the Stampin' Up! Convention!

Funny how people come into your life through Stampin' Up!....it's really a beautiful thing. She and I met over three years ago just by enjoying each other's blogs. We got to talking and decided it was time to meet at convention and room together, along with Sandi MacIver. It was so funny to meet like that but here we are still besties and so enjoying out time together.

I wanted to share this fabulous card by Carole' Anne today. She participated in my team swap, so glad she did as we all got to get one of these .....

Isn't is awesome? It's using the "Perfect Blend" Stamp Set #131392 for only $10.95 (of course she has a French saying on hers....when I case this I will use a English version). 

I love all the texture she has on there....Vanilla Seam Binding to make it feminine.....Burlap Wide Ribbon to give it texture and Embossing folder. Notice the little Candy Dots in the top right corner? She didn't miss a beat with her stunning detail. Love it Carole' Anne! 

Guess that's it for today. I'm visiting my Beautiful Granddaughter this week and will be home soon to show you more beautiful Convention Creations....including mine. hehe

Back from Convention with a Special Bag

What a fabulous time I had at convention. Not only did I have 14 of my Downline with me but saw many of my friends from all over the country. That's just one of the perks of being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.

I was honored again with earning Founders Circle, which means being in the top 100 Demonstrators. So I will be going on a trip to Lake George, Utah in September to meet with the top 100 and Shelli Gardner the owner. While on this trip we are completely and utterly spoiled. Love that!!!! Here is a picture of me with the fabulous Founders Circle Bag!!!! Yeah!!!

Magnetic Platform Unavailable for Purchase

July 15, 2013

Due to an unfortunate backorder situation, the Big Shot Magnetic Platform (item 130658) will be temporarily turned off Thursday, July 18, at 12:01 AM (MT). This means that you and your customers won't be able to buy it until further notice. While we're thrilled to be offering a product that you and your customers clearly like, we regret not being able to anticipate just how much you would like it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Here are answers to some of the questions you might have:

Why are you doing this?
We went through what we thought would be a 13-week supply of the Magnetic Platform in just three weeks, and rather than continuing the backorder situation for you and your customers, we believe it's best to make it unavailable for purchase until we can replenish our inventory. Our supplier is working at capacity to meet our demand, and we will continue working closely with them to get the situation addressed as quickly as possible.

When will the Magnetic Platform be available?
We expect that it will be available early fall.

What if I already ordered it when it was on backorder?
We'll fill all closed backorders as we get more Magnetic Platforms in. We are receiving periodic shipments from our vendor and as soon as they come in we'll fulfill orders in the approximate order they were received.
Remember, you have until Thursday, July 18, at 12:01 AM (MT) to close current Magnetic Platform orders (or make a new one); all of these placed orders will be on backorder.
