Good Morning Everyone,

I just had to share this great Card from Terri. She brought it to show me this past Saturday at my Customer Appreciation Event. I just love what she has done with it.

She punched a circle for the balloon showing the cute backing of the Designer Paper and then lined the inside of the card with it as well. That gives it such and awesome finished look.

I am so proud of Terri....she is really blossoming in the creative department. The first time I met her she was very intimidated by this whole stamping thin....now look at her. From what I understand once she gets going she comes up with lots of fabulous ideas. I noticed too that she used the "One Hole Knot" down at the bottom of the card!

It's very rewarding when your customer's (friends) listen and appreciate what you've taught them.

Thanks for sharing this great card with all of us Terri, we all love seeing it.

Merry Christmas Everyone and have a Stampinglee Good Day!

Big on christmas and a To Die For Recipe

Good Morning Everyone!

Here is Jessica's card. She gave it to me at my technique Class the other night. She used the Big On Christmas Set and Riding Hood Red and Baja Breeze Card Stock. It's just the cutest....don't you think?

I had my "Customer Appreciation" Event today and I think everyone had a great time. Lots of good eats and some good laughs between stamping friends.

Speaking of eats I'd like to share a recipe for some little ham sandsiwiches that I got from a friend. These are to die for!!!

Ham and Cheese Sandwiches (Hot)

These are yummy and easy. Better yet, you make them the day before so all you have to do in throw them in the oven when you need them. I always double the recipe because they go FAST!

(1) 12-ounce package Hawaiian Rolls
2/3 lb baked ham, shaved
(1) 8-ounce pkg shredded swiss cheese ( I just buy a 16 oz block and shred it)
(1) stick melted butter
(1) TBS worcestershire sauce
(1) TBS coarse grain mustard
(2) TBS honey

1. Cut rolls in half and place bottom halves in 9x13 pan, separated but close together
2. Cover rolls with ham and then sprinkle with cheese and place roll tops on each
3. Whisk together melted butter, worcesterchire, mustard and honey
4. Pour sauce mixture evenly over rolls, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight
5. Uncover or loosely cover with foil and bake @ 350* for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted

Serve hot, but these are also great at room temperature or cold

I just know you're going to love these....

I guess that's it for today. Check in tomorrow to see Susie's card.

Have a Stampinglee Good day!

Good Morning Everyone!

As promised here is my dear friend Cheryl's card. She has used the Retired Set "City of David". She has used a variety of paper that just sparkles! I just love it!!!!

Cheryl always makes the most beautiful cards!!! Don't you just love it?

I was just thinking, Cheryl was my partner in crime when I lived in Atlanta. We were in a Hobby Lobby one day looking at stamps but had no clue what to do with them. We bumped into a woman that was holding the most beautiful hand stamped card. I think we were both stunned with how beautiful it was. I finally asked if she made it and how she did it. Well it was all Greek to us. She mentioned that she had a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator who taught classes and did in home workshops. Well I was all over that. She gave me the Demo's name and number and I called the Demo and booked a party. I remember Cheryl reaction to our first adventure in stamping....it was a riot...she was a total nervous wreck. It was so funny!!! Now look at her....she stamps all the time and makes every single card that leaves her house.

I remember when I moved and decided to become a Demonstrator.....Cheryl made samples and sent them to me to display to help me out. Now that's a friend!!! Love you Cheryl!!!

That's it for today and an my walk down Memory lane with my sweet Friend Cheryl!

Good Morning Everyone,

Here is another card share for you. This one is from my friend Sharon. She selected "Lovely as a Tree" this year for her card.

I taught her how to use the heat and Stick Powder so that her trees would sparkle and that they do. She used some of our Fine Cosmo Glitter on it. Isn't' it wonderful. I love her color choices. She did a beautiful job. Merry Christmas Sharon and Thanks for the wonderful card.

Tomorrow I will share my friend Cheryl's card.

Good Morning Everyone!

I have not had a lot of time to stamp lately and still have a bit of Vertigo going on, so I decided I would share some of the Christmas Cards I have received from my friends.

This card was done by Shelba....she decided to do an acetate card this year. Isn't it beautiful? She used the Snow Swirled Set and and a combination of blues. She embossed the tree in Silver and stamped the snow flakes in white. I love this card!!! Thanks for sending me this I will keep it forever!

Just so you know I am going to share in the order I received the cards.....so check in tomorrow to see Sharon's card.

Have a Stampinglee Good Day!

Good Morning Everyone!

It's been awhile. I apologize for not posting more often...I have had Vertigo for over a week and am amazed what that can do to you. Sometimes I stamp in the evening and get a head start on the next day, well let me tell you........I couldn't believe what I had created while in my dizzy state!!! Not a pretty state. So I decided to just wait until it subsided a bit.

This card I'm sharing today features some of our designer paper and ribbon. Ever wonder what to do with all of those little scraps? I made a bunch of presents with them and just stamped Merry Christmas from the Christmas Classics Set.

Got to go and get ready for our little trip this weekend.....it's my Husbands Christmas Party in Orlando and we're leaving early to do some shopping and bum around.

Have a wonderful weekend and hope you enjoy my little share.

Cardinals in Flight

Good Morning Everyone!
Isn't this a Lovely card done with Lovely as a Tree? I taught this "Dryer Sheet" Technique at a class a while back and one of my customers decided to recreate it and this is her Christmas Card (or one of them).
She brought them over to show me and and I just had to share the little touches of hers. I love the touch of the cardinals flying over, what a beautiful contrast!!! She also stamped all of her Envelopes as well. Karen, you just blow me away with your talent!!! Thanks for sharing this with me and allowing me to share with everyone here. It just does my heart good to know when my customer's/friend's are really using what they learn and the products they purchase.
That's it for now....
I hope you all have a Stampinglee Good Day!

A Happy Heart

Good Morning Everyone!
I'm doing this card done with "A Happy Heart" from our Holiday Mini #111758 at $22.95. this set is only available until January 18th and it may or may not get Retired. So you may want to browse through that Mini again for anything you might want before it's gone.
I'm going to do this card and another at a Workshop I have schedule next week.
I've used Whisper White, Real Red and Chocolate Chip Card Stock.
Chocolate Chip and Real Red Ink ad our Fabulous Chocolate chip 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon. Did you notice how I double scalloped the edge? I put a full liner in the card and have just a bit peeking through. I hope you like it. It sure does give this little card some substance.
You can find all of the supplies to duplicate this if you would like to do some online shopping at my website: www.stampingleeyours.stampinup.net or contact me and I'll be happy to help with your order.
Have a Stampinglee Good Day and come back soon!

Happiness is a Journey Nostalgic and New

Good Morning Everyone!
Today I'd like to share a card I did for my Husbands Birthday yesterday.
For those of you that read my blog you know the history and significance of the train to him. So I thought what better stamp set to use for him to remind him of his memories with his Grandfather "Daddy John" yet make it new!
I had a few pieces of bright shiny mylar paper here and decided to mix it up a bit. So it's layers of black white and shiny silver. I'm sure there were parts on the original train that were bright shiny silver, don't you?
Anyway the picture cannot capture the essence of it as it keeps reflecting everything around it when I'm trying to photograph it. I hope you can picture it in your head.
It truly has been a journey for us and one I would never change. He is the Love of my life and means the world to me.
Here's wishing my Husband many more years of Health, Love and Happiness.

have a Stampinglee Good Day!

Customer Appreciation Santa Tree

Good Morning Everyone!
It' s been awhile since I've posted....so i thought I would share a little something I'm doing for my 'Customer Appreciation"
I am going to have two separate events...one where my customer's will come and make an adorable card using a technique and the other where they will make the desktop calendar for themselves.
I am not charging for these events. My loyal customer's are so good to me that I decided that I would be good to them this month.
Inside these little Sour Cream Containers are little circles with specials discounts and some have a slip for a FREE soon to be released Spring and Summer Catalog. It's going to be fun...so if you're up for a fun time let me know, I'd love to have you!!!
I'm also running a "Big Shot" Special through the month of December. Email or call for more detail on that.
My events are December 16th, for a Technique Class from 10am-1pm and 6pm-8pm
The Desk Calendar Class is December 20th, from 10am-4pm and is just a drop in but I will need a RSVP so that I can prepare.
I hope you can come and celebrate with all your stamping friends....and me!!!!
Have a Stampinglee Good Day!

A Flower for All Seasons

Good Morning Everyone,

I've seen these little Desk Top Calendars out there and they are really cute IRL. I decided to use "A Flower for all Seasons" #111592 for $14.95 to create this. I also used some of our Designer Series paper to give it a little more interest.
You can order this set on my website at:www.stampingleeyours.stampinup.net
I've seen these around and did CASE it....mostly from Nancy Morgan.

I hope you can tell by the picture that each season has three months on it and that each side hosts a season. You just have to flip it and then turn it to view the inside.
This would make a great little office gift for co-workers.

We'll be seeing you around.....
Have a Stampinglee Good Day!
