Snow Swirled Christmas Picture Card

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
I just wanted to quickly share a card I help design for my grand kids Christmas Card. My Son, Daughter-in-law and two beautiful grandchildren are here visiting for Thanksgiving. My Daughter-in-law and I always seem to sneak back to my Stamp Room and play while she's here.
Anyway we were talking about Christmas Cards and how time is flying and she needed a easy card to do that would house a Christmas Picture. This happens to be an old photo of my sweet grandchildren but I had to share the design.
We started with Very Vanilla Card stock and cut it into a 4x12 piece. We then scored it at 3". That is the foldover part that had the tree on it. We stamped the tree in Always Artichoke and Melita put little red rhinestones in the snowbursts in the tree. The top snowflake is stamped in gold as is the right edge of the card. Melita then stamped the envelopes with the same row of snowflakes down the left side. We then matted the picture on Vanilla and Red mats. it is so pretty in person.
I hope you enjoy it, we sure are. We could add more but we decided it was pretty as is.

I so enjoy when I get together with my Daughter-in-law as we always seem to come up with something fun.
Gotta' get back to them...just had to share and say "Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Winter's Day

Hello Again!
I should be doing so many other things today....I've got my Husband Christmas Party tonight and a Vendor Fair tomorrow to get ready for.....but.....this little set has been sitting on my desk for two weeks now and I had to try it.
this is "A Flower for All Seasons" Stamp set from Stampin' Up!
I just love the little images in it. I made little snow drifts by sponging a little Going Gray on a torn piece of a Post-it note.
this little Card is so serene to me. I love the peace of a winter's day and new fallen snow. This is what that reminds me of.
Have a Stampinglee Good Day!

Good Morning Everyone,
I had a lot of fun making this cute little Gift Bag. This so for Julie's Party that I'm doing on Sunday.
Not sure if you can tell by the picture but The Bashful Blue is stamped with the Snow Burst Stamp Set. The Snowflakes were stamped in Craft White Ink. I used the Scallop Edge Punch to scallop some White Card Stock behind the Blue. I also scalloped the edges of the matted piece on the front which has a snowflake stamped in Bashful Blue with a Square Rhinestone Brad in the center. I then tied white and blue 1/4" Grograin to tie on the handle.
It came out so soft looking.....I just love it and it's simplicity.
I hope Julie and her club members like it too!
That's it for today.
Have a Stampinglee Good Day!

Thankful

Good Morning Everyone!
Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I have just been so busy with parties, classes and Vendor Fairs.
I just had to show you this card I got today. I was so pleasantly surprised to receive it. I always smile when someone remembers me for any occasion and to make me a home made card....even better.

This card is from one of my customers (and friends) Shelba.
Just look at the simple elegance she has created with some tone on tone stamping some drop dead gorgeous ribbon and our wonderful scallop punch. I love everything about this card and it is so pretty in person. Kiwi Kiss and Chocolate Chip are just gorgeous together, don't you think?
Thanks Shelba for taking the time to make this for me and for thinking of me. I so appreciate it.
....and yes I am very Thankful to have Shelba in my life!!!

Good Morning Everyone!

Wow I've had a busy week. Crazy busy is more like it. I have had the third card done for awhile just haven't had time to post it.

I decided that the first two cards I made with Very Vanilla and Chocolate Chip were pretty cool, especially embossed. That I would make a third card and call it a Stamp-a-Stack. My customers will stamp four of each and have a lovely assortment to share with Family and Friends for the Holidays. I'm not sure if you're aware of how lovely Chocolate chip is embossed with Clear Embossing Powder.....it's GORGEOUS!!!!

The card on the left is the newest addition to the series of cards for this Stamp-a-Stack.

I hope you enjoy them....I'm off to get ready for another camp today.

Have a Stampinglee Good Day!

Lovely as a Tree in Chocolate

Good Morning Everyone,
Last week was such a busy week for me . I had my 2nd Christmas at the Creek at my home with 11 different Vendors plus myself. It was such fun!!
Needless to say with all the preparations I did little stamping last week.
I did this card this morning as I woke thinking of Chocolate Chip and vanilla and Lovely as a Tree stamp set. Probably my all time favorite set. What will we do if they ever retire this one? Christmas just wouldn't be the same!!!
Anyway I wanted to emboss in chocolate....doesn't that sound yummy? So I did. I used my Versamark pad first and them stamped that in my Chocolate Chip pad...stamped the image and then used clear Embossing Powder and heat set. It's really quite pretty in person. I hope you enjoy it and as always.....
Have a Stampinglee Good Day!

Snow Burst Floating Window

Good Morning Everyone!
This card has a floating acetate window sandwiched in between the white and Not Quite Navy top layers. That is where the punched snow flakes sit upon.
The snowflakes are stamped in Not Quite Navy and I used the 1 1/4" - 1 3/8 circle punches for the window. I then used the snowflake punch for the snowflakes sitting on the window.
I then used the Many Merry Messages for the greeting.
Both of these sets and punches are available for purchase on my website through Stampin' Up!
I hope you enjoy it.

Vellum Snow Burst

Hi Everyone!
It's been awhile since I've stamped. I've just been busier than all get out. I have my "Christmas at the Creek" this Sunday and have been decorating for Christmas!!! Yes, you heard me right....CHRISTMAS!!! I will have 11 Vendors at my home this Sunday for a really cool shopping experience. If you would like to come just email me at: leeconrey@bellsouth.net and I will give you directions.
Anyway.....got off track there.
This card was inspired by Karine Bailey and I loved it . So of course I had to case it.
It's done on White card stock Vellum and I changed the color to Bashful Blue. Stamped the main snowflake in Night of Navy and the others in White Stazon.
I then added a clear rhinestone brad to the center of the large snowflake. I just love how soft this card looks.
Thanks for the inspiration Karine.

Gorgeous Calendar Book

Good Morning Everyone!
I just had to share this "Gorgeous" Calendar Book with you. A couple of months ago I had a Calendar Book class and everyone made these in the kits of they're choice.
Roberta (my friend) made this one. She brought it to me the other night to bind it for her as she was finally done with it. Now one might think, what the heck took her so long.....OMG!!!
I just wish you could see the detail on every pages of this and the cover. The cover has little jewels in aqua in every flower.

I know you can't see it but the scrolls have little seed pearls in them.

Pearls and jewels on this one.

This is just bedazzled with jewels as well.
The other pages are equally as beautiful and intricate. Roberta has a real eye for detail. It's just gorgeous!!!
I hope you enjoyed Roberta's book and as always...
Have a Stampinglee good day!

Jolliest Time fo the Year Gift Card Tin

Good Morning Everyone!
I have been so-o-o-o busy lately with classes and getting ready for my event for Breast Cancer Awareness tomorrow, I havent had much time for card making.
Here is a little "Gift Card Tin" I made using the "Jolliest Time of the Year" (#109507) stamp set. Isn't' this Santa cute?
If you would like to order it please feel free to visit my Stampin' Up! website at www.stampingleeyours.stampinup.net and click on the the button to shop. You can also view the online catalog there.
Not only does this set work for tins, it's great for cards, treat holders for your little ones and cute Christmas Bags!
I've colored him in with our Real Red Marker(#100052) and sprinkled on some Dazzling Diamonds (#102023) adhered with our Two-Way Glue Pen (#100425). Did you know that with our Glue pen you can use it to adhere your Dazzling Diamonds that's one way to use it. The other way (that's why they call it Two-Way) is to let it day on your card stock and it turns into post it note glue. This is great for masking techniques or anything you wan to remove.
So when it is wet and blue it's for Diamonds and when it is left to dry and is clear it's like post it note glue!!! Very cool product!
I guess that's it for now. I'm finally having my "Lovely Letter's Note card Class" today.
Hope you all have a great weekend and of course......
Have a Stampinglee Good Day!
